After placing an order, we understand everyone’s expectations for the goods. Before each order is shipped, our logistics colleagues will carefully check to ensure that the product is complete and has no practical obstacles. If your item is in stock we will try to ship it as quickly as possible, but as your item is carefully selected by our team, during busy times and holidays it may take us longer to ship. The average time is 24-48 hours. We appreciate your patience. Please note that our online orders are shipped from our warehouse and take time to arrange your goods and shipping services, so please be patient and wait for updates.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be available within 1-2 business days.
Normally orders are shipped via postal mail on business days via 24 or 48 recorded service. Weekends and holidays are not counted as working days.
- International orders may take 10 -15 business days from dispatch to delivery. If you have special circumstances that require a faster shipping method, please contact us directly and we can try to arrange it for you: Higher shipping costs are at your expense. Orders over 2kg will be split into two separate packages but you will not have to pay extra shipping charges.
- Deliveries to more remote areas may sometimes take longer as our couriers may hand the package over to the local postal service for the final part of the journey.
- For global destinations, your local customs authorities may impose import taxes and clearance fees once your order arrives in your country. If your package needs to be cleared according to local regulations, the courier will contact you directly. You are responsible for paying these charges to the carrier before the package is delivered to you.
Please note that customs clearance processing may delay the listed delivery time as the package will remain on hold until payment and paperwork are completed. Please note that if you do not choose to pay import tax, the package will be returned to us for a refund. However, shipping charges will not be refunded.
